了解合金的性质与组织间的内在联系,金相分析是最基本的手段之一。其中,合金组织的显示又是最关键的一个环节。要真实地反映合金的组织,必须根据合金的成份及特性,寻求适当的浸蚀剂和浸蚀方法。贵金属及其合金的组织显示在某些情况下,比贱金属及其合金要困难得多。因为贵金属的最大特点是具有良好的耐腐蚀性。如果是贵、贱金属所组成的合金,各成份间的耐腐蚀能力差异很大,组织的显示就更困难了。因此对某些贵金属合金的组织显示是金相工作者最棘手的问题。本文对一种贵金属新合金——Au Ag Cu Mn Gd 的组织显示进行了探讨。
Understand the nature of the alloy and the internal relations between organizations, metallographic analysis is one of the most basic means. Among them, the alloy display is the most crucial link. To truly reflect the organization of the alloy, it is necessary to find suitable etchants and etching methods based on the composition and characteristics of the alloy. The organization of precious metals and their alloys shows that in some cases it is much more difficult than base metals and their alloys. Because the most important feature of precious metals is a good corrosion resistance. If it is expensive, composed of base metal alloy, the corrosion resistance of the ingredients vary widely, the organization’s display even more difficult. Therefore, the organization of some precious metal alloys show that the metallurgical workers the most intractable problems. In this paper, the microstructure of Au Ag Cu Mn Gd, a new noble metal alloy, is discussed.
