目的 探讨自体角膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。 方法 对４２ 例（４８ 只眼） 初发性和复发性翼状胬肉行自体角膜缘移植术，术后随访３６ 例（４２ 只眼） ，随访时间４ 个月～２ 年，平均９ 个月。 结果 上皮愈合良好、稳定，无新生血管及结膜样组织增生，角膜光滑透明，未见复发。 结论 自体角膜缘移植可通过提供新的干细胞来源，提高翼状胬肉手术的成功率，降低术后的复发率，是一种有推广价值的手术方法
Objective To investigate the curative effect of autologous corneal transplantation for pterygium. Methods Forty-two patients (48 eyes) with primary pterygium and recurrent pterygium were treated with limbal autograft. 36 patients (42 eyes) were followed up for 4 months to 2 years with an average of 9 months. Results The epithelial healed well, stable, no neovascularization and conjunctival tissue hyperplasia, corneal smooth and transparent, no recurrence. Conclusion Autologous limbal transplantation can provide a new source of stem cells to improve the success rate of pterygium surgery and reduce postoperative recurrence rate, which is a promising surgical method
