商务部公告[2007]91号为保持中欧纺织品贸易健康、稳定发展,根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》第十六条有关规定,商务部决定自2008年1月1日起对部分输欧纺织品施行出口许可。有关事项公告如下:一、根据《中欧纺织品贸易谅解备忘录》的规定,自2008年1月1日起,取消备忘录项下输欧盟十类纺织品的出口数量管理。二、自2008年1月1日起,对企业出口至欧盟成员国(名单见附件1)的八个类别纺织品
The Ministry of Commerce Announcement [2007] No.91 is to maintain the healthy and stable development of China-EU textile trade. According to Article 16 of the “PRC Foreign Trade Law,” the Ministry of Commerce decided to issue some textiles to Europe starting from January 1, 2008. Execute export licenses.
