本文对应用最广的外径定心六键花键轴进行了探讨。发现某些花键之间存在这样的关系:内径的改变量,等于两倍的键宽的改变量;按照这种关系,将花键轴分成组,每组内找出一种代表规格,作为本组花键轴成形铣刀的设计依据。这样,仅用几种成形铣刀,就可以铣出一系列的花键轴,所产生的内径误差保持在允许的范围内。
In this paper, the most widely used outer diameter centering six key spline shaft were discussed. It was found that there is a relationship between some of the splines: the amount of change in the inside diameter is equal to twice the amount of change in the width of the keys; in accordance with this relationship, the spline shafts are grouped into groups and one representative specification is found within each group, This group of spline shaft forming cutter design basis. In this way, a series of spline shafts can be milled with just a few forming mills, keeping the inside diameter tolerances within acceptable limits.
