陈与李 據悉,國信華凌高層已經開始“换血”行動。國信華凌的原董事長兼總經理陳小石不再担任董事長一職,改由大股東廣州國際的副董事長,總經理李宇君擔任,原財務總監梁偉文改任董事副總經理。 27日舉行的股東大會是廣州國際首次正式以控股股東身份出現。華凌方面表示,目前人士變動主要是董事會層面的變動,在業務經營層面廣州国际未作任何改變。同時“華凌”品牌將繼續使用。
