免疫避孕是一种生育期妇女节育的重要措施,研制免疫避孕疫苗是当前研究的热点领域之一。乳杆菌是一种新型的疫苗载体,本研究综述了乳杆菌介导的猪卵透明带3α抗原和人绒毛膜促性腺激素β疫苗的构建及其作用机制等方面的研制现状。
Immunocontraception is an important measure of birth control in women during pregnancy. The development of immunization contraception vaccine is one of the hot topics in current research. Lactobacillus is a new type of vaccine vector. In this study, we summarized the development of Lactobacillus-mediated porcine zona pellucida-3α antigen and human chorionic gonadotropin-β vaccine and its mechanism of action.
