近年来,我市出现许多炒冰摊点,炒冰是用预制好的果汁、果仁等为原料,经过速冻翻炒而成的冷冻饮品,为了解市售炒冰的卫生质量,我们于1999年7~8月份对我市炒冰摊点随机抽样36份进行卫生细菌质量检测,现将检测结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 材料 我们对市内炒冰制售摊点随机采样36份,每份250g,采样后冷冻送化验室检验。1.2 方法 菌落总数、大肠菌群的检测,致病菌的分离与培养
In recent years, there are many fried ice stalls in our city. Fried ice is a frozen drink made from prefabricated fruit juices, nuts, etc. after frying.
