1项目前期与政策处理法律风险分析及其防范项目前期主要是指根据核准制的要求,取得支持项目核准的咨询评审意见和行政许可文件的过程。本文重点探讨部分单改双工程环评文件未重新审核,可能面临法律风险。2012年萧山供电公司接到浙江省电监办《关于35千伏合党合益线路跨越其房屋,造成安全隐患》的协助调查函,其中投诉人对于单改双高压线路未做环评提出质疑。
