加强事业单位的全面预算管理是我国事业单位谋取可持续发展以及提升自身财务管理水平的重要途径,亦是合理配置人力、物力和财力资源的关键性举措。本文就加强全面预算管理在事业单位的必要性及存在的问题进行简单的探讨,并提出加强其全面预算管理的具体举措,以期为我国事业单位改进和完善全面预算管理提供一定的参考。
Strengthening overall budget management of public institutions is an important way for our institutions to seek sustainable development and improve their own financial management level. It is also a key measure for rational allocation of human, material and financial resources. This article briefly discusses the necessity and existing problems of comprehensive budget management in public institutions, and puts forward concrete measures to strengthen its overall budget management so as to provide some reference for our institutions to improve and perfect overall budget management.
