改革开放以来,四川的经济得到了又好又快的发展,城乡居民的收入显著增加,生活得到显著改善。在收入增长的同时,居民收入分配格局如何?中等收入比重有多大?贫困现象是否突出?这些都成为党政领导和社会各界十分关注的问题。本文将根据党的十七大对全面建设小康社会提出的新要求,运用专项调查所获得的资料结合常规性调查资料对上述问题进行分析研究,提出促进城市收入阶层合理分布的对策建议,供领导和有关部门参考。
