目的探讨甘肃酒泉、天水两市医疗机构放射工作人员身体健康状况的差异。方法选择甘肃酒泉、天水两市医疗机构的放射工作人员,对其进行健康监护,分析比较B超、血压、心电图、血小板、白细胞、眼科等健康检查结果。结果酒泉市放射工作人员B超异常检出率,高血压检出率和心电图异常检出率明显高于天水市放射工作人员,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);酒泉市放射工作人员血小板减少率明显低于天水市放射工作人员,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);白细胞减少率和眼科检查异常率两市之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酒泉、天水两市医疗机构放射工作人员的身体健康状况不同。
Objective To explore the difference of health status of radiation workers in medical institutions of Jiuquan and Tianshui cities in Gansu Province. Methods Radiological workers in medical institutions of Jiuquan and Tianshui cities in Gansu Province were selected for health surveillance. The results of B-ultrasonography, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, platelets, white blood cells and ophthalmology were analyzed and compared. Results The detection rate of abnormal B-wave, the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure and the abnormal ECG in Jiuquan radiation workers were significantly higher than those in Tianshui city (P <0.01). Radiation workers platelets The reduction rate was significantly lower than that of radiation workers in Tianshui City, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The rates of leukopenia and ophthalmology abnormalities were not significantly different between the two cities (P> 0.05). Conclusion The health status of radiation workers in medical institutions in Jiuquan and Tianshui cities are different.
