在中小学校管理活动中,管理者若要顺利化解冲突,引领学校走上创新之路,需要从问题情境的角度理解冲突,并形成接纳冲突、鼓励冲突的态度。在处理冲突时,要摒弃管理中常用的“非赢即输”方式,改用“创意合作”方式。为形成创意合作,学校管理者在明确解决冲突,形成创意合作可能经历的阶段的同时,需要从选择沟通方式、搭建沟通平台、建立专业有序的程序和改变学校内部结构等四个方面努力。
In the management activities of primary and secondary schools, if managers want to successfully resolve the conflicts and lead the schools to embark on the path of innovation, they need to understand the conflicts from the perspective of problem situations and form the attitude of admitting conflicts and encouraging conflicts. In dealing with conflicts, we must abandon the management commonly used “non-win-lose” approach, switch to “creative cooperation” approach. In order to form creative cooperation, school administrators need to make efforts in four aspects: selecting communication modes, establishing communication platform, establishing professional and orderly procedures and changing the internal structure of schools, while explicitly resolving conflicts and forming the stage that creative cooperation may go through.
