用电脑式跟腱反射时测定仪检测了104例糖尿病患者,发现SD(潜伏期与收缩期之和)、SP(SD与半舒张期之和)和VP(肌肉最大收缩至最大舒张时间)间期中,1项延长者41例,2项延长者8例,3项均延长者15例,未引出跟腱反射者13例;均正常者27例。跟腱反射时异常与糖尿病周围神经病变和膝反射的减退或消失呈正相关(P<0.01)。降血糖治疗可使跟腱反射时异常有所恢复,提示代谢因素在周围神经病变中具重要作用。对跟腱反射时在诊断糖尿病周围神经病变的意义和电脑式测定仪定量测定的优越性方面进行了讨论。
