依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家,是我们党总结历史经验,为全面推进社会主义现代化建设作出的一项重大决策。依法治国涉及一系列重大的理论与实践问题,其中依法治国与坚持和改善党的领导的关系,就是一个需要正确认识和处理的理论与实践问题。对此,邓小平、江泽民同志都有精辟的论述。认真学习他们的重要论述,有助于正确理解和把握党与法的关系,有助于依法治国方略的贯彻实施。
Ruling the country by law and building a socialist country ruled by law are our party’s major historical experiences and a major policy decision for the comprehensive promotion of socialist modernization.
