目的评价中国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2010年儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)实施情况。方法对中国2010年CIIMS收集的儿童预防接种个案和国家终审的用户档案表进行分析。结果 2010年全国省(自治区、直辖市,下同)级CIIMS实施率为90.32%(28/31),以县为单位实施率为85.12%(2506/2944),以乡为单位实施率为78.47%(33741/42998)。以县为单位实施率≥90%的省有19个,比2009年多2个;以乡为单位实施率≥80%的省有17个,比2009年多2个。东、中、西部地区以县为单位CIIMS实施率分别为84.98%、85.66%、84.67%,以乡为单位CIIMS实施率分别为79.67%、82.00%、74.42%。共有42942个预防接种单位有数据上传权限,客户端软件共收集儿童个案82181311条,<6岁儿童CIIMS覆盖率为85.27%。结论为保证CIIMS正常运转,增加系统建设经费投入,提高数据质量是非常必要的。
Objective To evaluate the implementation of the 2010 Childhood Immunization Information Management System (CIIMS) in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan). Methods The childhood vaccination cases collected by China CIIMS in 2010 and the national final file of user profile were analyzed. Results The implementation rate of CIIMS in all provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) was 90.32% (28/31) in 2010, 85.12% (2506/2944) in units of counties and 78.47% in townships (33741/42998). There are 19 provinces with an implementation rate of ≥90% by county, two more than in 2009, and 17 provinces with a rate of ≥80% of townships, two more than in 2009. The implementation rates of CIIMS in counties in the eastern, central and western regions were 84.98%, 85.66% and 84.67% respectively. The implementation rates of CIIMS in rural areas were 79.67%, 82.00% and 74.42% respectively. A total of 42942 vaccination units have the right to upload data. A total of 82181311 children were collected by the client software. The coverage rate of CIIMS for children <6 years old was 85.27%. Conclusion In order to ensure the normal operation of CIIMS, it is necessary to increase funding for system construction and improve data quality.
