本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)评价无心脏病和充血性心力衰竭的33例糖尿病(DM)患者的左室舒张功能(LVDF),并与33例健康人对比。发现DM患者的峰值速度E(PVE)E/A和充盈分数(FF)值明显低于对照组;而峰值速度A(PVA)和等容舒张时间(IRT)值则明显高于对照组,两组差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。表明DM患者LVDF下降,主要为左室舒张性减退,而顺应性未见明显异常。
This study evaluated left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) in 33 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) without heart disease and congestive heart failure using pulsed Doppler echocardiography (PDE) and compared with 33 healthy individuals. The peak velocity E (PVE) and filling fraction (FF) in patients with DM were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the peak velocity A (PVA) and isovolumic relaxation time (IRT) Group differences were significant (P <0.01). LVDF showed decreased DM patients, mainly for left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, and no significant abnormal compliance.
