本实验目的是要观察,当降哈尔曼和苯胺在一起时,前者是否可诱导后者的致癌活性。材料和方法:苯胺和降哈尔曼与粉状饲料混在一起。实验用208只纯种、体重约为150g的雄性大鼠。动物分成8组:(一)0.12%苯胺加0.05%降哈尔曼;(二)0.06%苯胺加0.05%降哈尔曼;(三)0.03%苯胺加0.05%降哈尔曼;(四)0.12%苯胺;(五)0.06%苯胺;(六)0.03%苯胺;(七)0.05%降哈尔曼;(八)不加药对照。给药时间共80周。最后称肝、肾重量。膀胱腔内注射10%
The purpose of this experiment is to observe whether the former can induce the latter’s oncogenic activity when Hafermann and Aniline are added together. Materials and Methods: Aniline and drop Haermann mixed with powdered feed. Experimental use of 208 purebred, weighing about 150g male rats. Animals were divided into 8 groups: (i) 0.12% aniline plus 0.05% drop Haermann; (ii) 0.06% aniline plus 0.05% drop Haermann; (iii) 0.03% aniline plus 0.05% 0.12% aniline; (5) 0.06% aniline; (6) 0.03% aniline; (7) 0.05% reduction Haermann; Dosing time for a total of 80 weeks. Finally, liver and kidney weight. Bladder cavity injection of 10%
