目的 探讨血管自分泌或旁分泌功能。方法将大鼠的肠系膜血管网分离并进行体外灌流 ,用高效液相色谱法 (highperformanceliquidchromatography ,HPLC)分析测定SD大鼠肠系膜血管网灌注液中是否具有胰岛素样物质分泌。 结果大鼠肠系膜血管网具有合成分泌类胰岛素样物质的功能。结论建立了HPLC分析检测类胰岛素的方法 ,提示该方法准确快速 ,仪器检测灵敏度高 ,分析重现性好 ,回收率高。
Objective To investigate the autocrine or paracrine function of blood vessels. Methods The rat mesenteric vascular network was isolated and perfused in vitro. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine whether insulin-like substance was secreted by SD rat mesenteric vascular network perfusion solution. Results The rat mesenteric vascular network has the function of synthesizing and secreting insulin-like substances. Conclusion The HPLC method for the determination of insulin is established, which indicates that the method is accurate and rapid, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and high recovery.
