彭泽鲫是我国第一个直接从二倍体野生鲫鱼选育出的优良养殖新品种,为了探索池塘驯化养殖彭泽鲫的高产技术,我们在开封市郊区铁牛水产养殖场进行试养,获得了较好的经济效益。1材料与方法选择一口10亩的池塘作为试验池塘,底泥25cm,有效蓄水深度2.5米,水源充足,进排水方便,且无污染。投放鱼种前一周干塘,每亩用生石灰150kg消毒,进水口处安装聚乙烯网布过滤,防止野杂鱼进入。配备3.0千瓦的增氧机一台、投饵机一台、4寸潜水泵一台。
