平炉吹氧后产生大量高铁质的尘粉,通过喷枪把高铁尘粉吹入300t 顶吹氧平炉熔池里面,代替原来使用的烧结矿。经过试验表明,除尘粉作氧化剂比烧结矿脱碳速度高,并且对加速造渣有明显效果。以一炼钢厂为例,若每年代替3万余吨烧结矿,可创年经济效益200万元,既可减轻人造矿生产负荷,解放生产力,又可为鞍钢环保和综合利用开辟一条新路。
