教育关系是人们在教育活动中结成的以教育者和受教育者为主体的、具有广泛社会参与性的一种普遍而又特殊的社会关系。教育关系的法治化,实质上就是通过法律理顺教育关系框架,使各教育关系主体的权利得到切实保障,在法律制度基础上形成教育法律关系。本期“教育法治”栏目组织的两篇文章,分别阐述了高校与政府关系、大学生权利及其实现等问题。
The educational relationship is a universal and special social relationship with extensive social participation, which is mainly composed of educators and educators formed by people during their educational activities. The legalization of educational relations essentially means that the framework of educational relations should be straightened out by law so that the rights of the main bodies of various educational relationships can be effectively protected and education and legal relations have been formed on the basis of the legal system. This issue of “Education Rule of Law” organized by the two articles, respectively, described the relationship between colleges and universities, university students rights and the realization of such issues.
