繁荣和发展始终是出版工作的出发点和落脚点。学习贯彻十七大精神,就是要增强服务意识,增加紧迫意识,通过采取切实措施,更加自觉、更加主动地推动新闻出版大发展大繁荣。为此,自治区新闻出版局出版物出版管理处提出2008年的出版管理工作思路:积极发展,科学管理;把好关口,主动作为;抓住重点,讲求效能;延伸监管,拓展服务。总的要求是:不以出版数量定繁荣,要以出版质量促发展。
Prosperity and development have always been the starting point and ending point of the publishing work. To study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress, we must enhance our sense of service, increase our sense of urgency, and take more effective measures to promote the development and prosperity of press and publishing more consciously and proactively. To this end, Autonomous Region Press and Publication Administration Publication Management Office put forward in 2008 publishing management thinking: positive development, scientific management; a good pass, take the initiative; to seize the key to efficiency; extend supervision and expand services. The general requirement is that we should not prosper by the number of publications but promote development by publishing quality.
