报告１９例脑梗塞后经ＭＲ扫描发现有华勒变性的病例。华勒变性在ＭＲ上的表现为：沿锥体束通道上出现同侧大脑脚、桥脑和／或延髓相应部位等Ｔ１或长Ｔ１长Ｔ２信号，后期可出现萎缩。对华勒变性在ＭＲ上的影像特点及其与病理过程的关系作了探讨，指出ＭＲ是在活体中检测中枢神经系统华勒变性的敏感技术。
