我們全代表聽了陳錫聯市长关于重庆市军管會及市政府一个月又二十三天的接管工作報告,並經過熱烈討論,感到興奮與满意。一致認爲接管方針是很正確的。這一階段的接管工作和施政工作是有很大成績的。對於政府禁用銀元、維護人民幣與維護革命秩序,逮捕特務匪徒的措施,尤爲切要。我們完全同意陳市長的全部報告,並堅决執行報告中所提出的當前重慶市的具體中心任務。特通過此一决議。
All of our representatives listened to Mayor Chen Xilian’s report on the month-long takeover of the Chongqing Municipality and the municipal government over a month and twenty-three days and were enthusiastic and satisfied after heated discussions. Unanimously agreed that the takeover policy is very correct. The takeover and governance at this stage have achieved great success. It is especially important for the government to ban the silver dollar, safeguard the renminbi and maintain the revolutionary order, and arrest the spy criminals. We fully agree with Chen’s mayor’s full report and resolutely implement the specific center tasks currently in Chongqing as set out in the report. Passed this resolution.
