活塞环润滑的最小油膜厚度是反映活塞环与缸套间润滑性能的重要参数。本文首次采用电涡流传感器,通过对最小润滑油膜厚度的测量,研究了活塞环组润滑状况与发动机运转参数、环组结构参数及配置等的关系,证明环组润滑处于贫油状态,存在着流体动压和挤压两种润滑作用方式,而且不同冲程上的最小油膜厚度相差不大,在无油环的润滑条件下,活塞环的最小润滑油膜厚度存在一极限。
The minimum film thickness of piston ring lubrication is an important parameter to reflect the lubrication performance between piston ring and cylinder liner. In this paper, the eddy current sensor is used for the first time. By measuring the minimum lubricant film thickness, the relationship between the lubrication condition of the piston ring group, engine operating parameters, structural parameters and configuration of the ring group is studied. It is proved that the ring group lubrication is lean, Dynamic pressure and extrusion lubrication of two ways, and the difference between the minimum film thickness on different strokes is not large, oil-free lubrication conditions, the piston ring minimum lubricant film thickness there is a limit.
