柏村供电所位于务川仡佬族苗族自治县东北部,现有员工16人。供电辖柏村镇和焦坝乡共13个行政村、9500多户客户,总人口3.92万。管辖10千伏主干配电线路3条共计143.98千米,配电变压器138台。柏村供电所是遵义供电局务川局供电辖区和供电量最小的供电所,除3家小型砸砂场外再没有工业企业,居民生活用电占76.22%,非普工业用电占11.17%,大工业用电仅占4.13%。
