探讨了废钻井液固液分离后再利用的方法,即用经离心机分离后的脱出水与脱出固相再配淡水钻井液、盐水及饱和盐水钻井液。室内实验表明,此方法在技术上是可行的;这种再配的钻井液性能与现场用钻井液和室内按常规方法配制的钻井液性能相近;用脱出固相再配制的钻井液原材料成本只有常规钻井液材料成本的1/6左右。为废钻井液的再利用和解决废钻井液环境污染问题提供了一条可行途径。
Discussed the waste drilling fluid solid-liquid separation reuse method, that is, after using the centrifuge out of the water and prolapse solid phase with freshwater drilling fluid, salt water and saturated brine drilling fluid. Laboratory experiments show that this method is technically feasible. The properties of this re-formulated drilling fluid are similar to those of drilling fluids formulated on-site using drilling fluids and indoor methods. The cost of drilling fluids prepared using projectile solids is only Conventional drilling fluid material costs about 1/6. It provides a feasible way for reusing waste drilling fluid and solving the problem of environmental pollution of waste drilling fluid.
