在新农村建设背景之下,新型农民培育战略方面存在着很多因素。首先,离不开农民群体受教育程度不高,这点对新农村建设背景下新型农民培育有很大影响,同时,科学文化素质低下,也有不可推卸的责任。农民的思想也比较陈旧,他们对待现代经营理念还很陌生。在市场经济体制之下,农民的思想道德受到了严重的冲击。综上所述,在新农村建设背景之下,新型农民培育战略可以分析出以上几种原因,它们与我国现代化建设有着密不可分的关系。在新农村建设背景下,新型农民培育方面,我们仍然应该做出很大的努力,让这部分群体真正的融入到市场经济当中,提高他们的能力,有助于社会现代化更好的发展。
Under the new rural construction background, there are many factors in the strategy of cultivating a new type of farmer. To sum up, under the new rural construction background, the above-mentioned reasons for the new-type peasant cultivation strategy can be analyzed, and they are inextricably linked with the modernization of our country. In the context of building a new socialist countryside and cultivating new types of peasants, we should still make great efforts to truly integrate these groups into the market economy, enhance their capabilities and contribute to the better development of our society.
