目的探讨钒钛磁铁矿尘(钒钛尘)对肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性作用及程度。方法运用体外细胞培养及卵壳膜盖片透射电镜法来比较钒钛尘、五氧化二钒(V2O5)、二氧化钛(TiO2)和石英(SiO2)在不同时间、剂量作用下对肺泡巨噬细胞存活率、形态和功能的影响及培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性变化。结果4种粉尘均可使肺泡巨噬细胞存活率下降,LDH和ACP活性升高,形态和功能发生变化。但程度因粉尘种类而异。结论钒钛尘对肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性作用低于V2O5和SiO2,但高于TiO2。TiO2对肺泡巨噬细胞亦有轻微的毒性作用
Objective To investigate the toxic effects and degree of vanadium-titanium magnetite dust (vanadium-titanium dust) on alveolar macrophages. Methods Vial titania dust, vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), titanium dioxide (TiO2) and quartz (SiO2) were used to compare the effects of different time and dose on the survival of alveolar macrophages in vitro by cell culture and transmission electron microscopy Rate, shape and function as well as changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) activity in culture medium. Results All four kinds of dust could decrease the survival rate of alveolar macrophages, the activity of LDH and ACP increased, and the morphology and function changed. But the extent varies with the type of dust. Conclusion The toxicity of vanadium-titanium dust to alveolar macrophages is lower than that of V2O5 and SiO2, but higher than that of TiO2. TiO2 also has a slight toxic effect on alveolar macrophages
