为提高我国小豆(Vigna angularis)应用核心种质的育种利用效率,本研究通过2年2点的田间试验,分析了166份小豆核心种质农艺性状的变异,明确了其生态适应性和可利用价值。结果表明,166份核心种质在广西南宁均表现为直立生长,并能正常成熟收获;在河北唐山有88份种质2年均表现直立生长,有25份不能正常开花结荚。所有种质在南宁的生育期显著缩短,而单株荚数、百粒重等均显著小于唐山。综合分析表明不同种质的生态适应性存在较大差异。最终根据农艺性状的综合表现,筛选出适合南宁种植的小豆种质8份,适合唐山种植的小豆种质10份。
In order to improve the efficiency of breeding and utilization of core collection of Vigna angularis in China, this study analyzed the variation of agronomic traits of 166 core collection of Verbena coreana at 2 years and 2 points, and made clear its ecological adaptability and availability value. The results showed that 166 core germplasms were uprightly grown in Nanning, Guangxi and could be harvested normally. In the Tangshan, Hebei, 88 germplasm showed upright growth in 2 years and 25 were unable to flowering and podding normally. The growth period of all germplasms in Nanning was significantly shortened, while the pods per plant and the weight of 100 seeds were significantly less than those in Tangshan. Comprehensive analysis shows that there is a big difference in ecological adaptability of different germplasms. According to the comprehensive performance of agronomic traits, we finally screened 8 accessions suitable for planting in Nanning and 10 accessions suitable for planting in Tangshan.
