本文介绍了石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定化妆品中的铅,大多数样品经适当的溶解就可直接测定。线性范围0.016ng～1.60ng,检出限0.008ng 相对标准差0.88%～6.0%,回收率97%～104%。
This article describes the determination of lead in cosmetics by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Most samples can be directly measured by appropriate dissolution. The linear range was 0.016ng ~ 1.60ng, the detection limit was 0.008ng, the relative standard deviation was 0.88% ~ 6.0%, the recovery was 97% ~ 104%.
