研究建立了一种食品中的双酚F,BFDGE及其衍生物含量的高效液相色谱—串联质谱测定方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取、正己烷净化,乙腈水溶液溶解后,用高效液相色谱分离后,采用电喷雾串联质谱进行定性和定量分析。其4种化合物的质量浓度与其峰面积在一定范围内均呈线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.99,方法检出限(3S/N)均不大于1.5μg/kg,测得加标回收率在81.5%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差在1.64%~7.33%之间。
A method for the determination of bisphenol F, BFDGE and its derivatives in food by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, purified with n-hexane, dissolved in acetonitrile and separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. The concentration of the four compounds showed a linear relationship with the peak area within a certain range, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99, the detection limit (3S / N) of the four compounds was not more than 1.5μg / kg, and the recoveries were 81.5 % ~ 104.5%, relative standard deviation between 1.64% ~ 7.33%.
