为深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神和新党章,切实加强离退休干部党建工作,山东省委组织部、省委老干部局印发了《离退休干部党支部工作规定(》鲁组发[2013]22号()以下简称《工作规定》)。《工作规定》共七章二十条,从党支部的组织建设、主要任务、工作制度、加强领导等方面作出明确规定,为加强离退休干部党支部建设和思想政治建设提供了制度保证。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the new chapter of the party, and earnestly strengthen the work of rebuilding cadres and the party building, the Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the veteran cadres bureau of the provincial party bureau have issued the Provisions on the Work of Party Branches for Retired Cadres (Lu Zufa [2013] 22 (hereinafter referred to as “work rules”). The “Provisions of Work” consists of seven chapters and 20 articles. It clearly stipulates the organizational construction, major tasks, working system and leadership of the party branches so as to provide institutional guarantees for strengthening the party branch construction and ideological and political building of retired cadres.
