科学技术的发展,社会经济水平的提高,推动了我国数字化和信息化进程,提升我国社会的信息化水平。医院信息化是确保人们健康,加强社会保障,建设和谐社会的重要环节,只有不断提升医院的信息化水平,才能更好地改善医疗服务的质量。在医院信息化建设的过程中,人才是第一位的,只有培养更多优秀的医院信息化人才,才能更好地建设医院的信息化系统,促进我国医疗事业的发展。本文阐述了医院信息化人才的重要性,并对当前医院信息化人才的培养进行概要分析,在此基础上提出了培养医院信息化人才的对策,以期更好地促进医院信息化人才的培养。
The development of science and technology and the improvement of social and economic level have promoted the process of digitization and informatization in our country and upgraded the informatization level of our society. Hospital information is to ensure people’s health, strengthen social security, building an important part of building a harmonious society, only by constantly upgrading the hospital’s information technology, in order to better improve the quality of medical services. In the process of hospital information construction, talent is the first one. Only by cultivating more excellent hospital informatization talents can we better construct the hospital information system and promote the development of our medical undertaking. This article expatiates the importance of hospital informatization talents and gives a brief analysis of current hospital informatization talents cultivation. Based on this, it puts forward some countermeasures to train hospital informatization talents so as to better promote the cultivation of hospital informatization talents.
