目的:研究喉癌组织中Stat3及其靶基因Cyclin D1蛋白表达及两者的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,研究喉癌组织中Stat3和Cyclin D1的表达情况,并且对Stat3表达的相关临床病理因素进行分析。结果:喉癌组织中Stat3蛋白、Cyclin D1蛋白高表达,两者表达强度具有相关性(r=0.304,P<0.01)。结论:喉癌中活化的Stat3可能通过促进靶基因CyclinD1转录而发挥其促进癌变的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Stat3 and its target gene Cyclin D1 in laryngeal carcinoma and their relationship. Methods: The expression of Stat3 and Cyclin D1 in laryngeal carcinoma was studied by immunohistochemical method, and the related clinicopathological factors of Stat3 expression were analyzed. Results: Stat3 protein and Cyclin D1 protein were highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma, the correlation between them was significant (r = 0.304, P <0.01). Conclusion: Stat3 activated in laryngeal carcinoma may play a role in promoting carcinogenesis by promoting the transcription of target gene CyclinD1.
