半刺厚唇鱼俗称石龟鱼、石斑鱼、蛇皮鱼,属一般可食鱼类,食其卵易致中毒。我院1983年1月～1990年11月共收治食用半刺厚唇鱼卵急情中毒252例,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 252例中,男137例,女115例,年龄6～65岁,平均35.1岁。1.2 临床表现 恶心、呕吐241例,腹痛197例;腹泻189例;头晕184例;乏力182例;头痛180例;口舌麻木102例;面色苍白101例;面色潮红78例;皮疹48例;发热34例;休克28例;谵妄9例;痉挛8例;昏迷6例。

Our hospital from January 1983 to November 1990 were treated edible half thick throat lip poisoning 252 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 252 cases, 137 males and 115 females, aged 6 to 65 years, mean 35.1 years. 1.2 Clinical manifestations of nausea and vomiting in 241 cases, 197 cases of abdominal pain; 189 cases of diarrhea; 184 cases of dizziness; 182 cases of fatigue; headache in 180 cases; 102 cases of tongue numbness; pale 101 cases; flushing in 48 cases; rash in 48 cases; fever 34 Cases; shock in 28 cases; delirium in 9 cases; spasticity in 8 cases; coma in 6 cases.
