近日,安徽省审计厅、安徽省住房城乡建设厅联合出台《安徽省领导干部城乡规划实施管控责任离任审计办法(试行)》(以下简称《办法》)。根据《办法》,安徽的领导干部任期届满或者因调任、转任、退休等原因离开岗位时,审计部门将依法依规对其任期内的城乡规划管控情况进行监督评价,明确将对违反法律规定擅自更改城乡规划的领导干部进行问责。
