2008年6月14日,是中共“一大”代表、中共山东党组织创始人之一王尽美的110周年诞辰纪念日。这位第一代共产党人的优秀代表,为着中华民族的独立、劳苦群众的解放,奋斗了一生,直到走近人生终点时还谆谆告诫共产党人:“全体同志要好好工作,为无产阶级和全人类的解放和共产主义的彻底实现而奋斗到底!”这38个字,既是他对共产党人的殷切希望,也是他个人短暂的27年人生的真实写照,至今读来,令人感佩,亦令人深思。
