在当前我国的社会管理中,人格培养和人的素质提高是一个值得关注和深思的社会问题。从社会学角度说,人的社会化水平高低是人格和人的素质高低的主要标志和指标。所谓社会化,就是学习和传递一定的社会文化,学习做人的过程。人的社会化经过初始社会化和继续社会化,贯彻了每个人的一生。家庭、学校和工作单位是个人经历社会化的主要社会组织群体,大众传媒对人的社会化有重要的控制和导向作用。社会管理必须从基础部位做起,进行全民的人格教育,提升人的素质,提高人的社会化水平。只有大众实现高水平的社会化,社会才能文明有序和谐,搞好社会管理的目标才能真正实现。
In the current social management of our country, personality cultivation and improvement of human quality are social issues that deserve our attention and reflection. From a sociological point of view, the level of human socialization is the main indicator of personal and human qualities and indicators. The so-called socialization is the process of learning and passing on certain social cultures and learning how to behave. Human socialization through the initial socialization and continued socialization, implement everyone’s life. Families, schools and work units are the major groups of social organizations through which individuals experience socialization. The mass media plays an important role in controlling and guiding the socialization of people. Social management must start from the basic parts and carry out universal personality education to enhance people’s quality and enhance people’s socialization level. Only if the general public achieves a high level of socialization can the society be civilized and orderly and harmoniously achieved, and the goal of social management can be truly achieved.
