With the vigorous development of the market economy, the vast number of staff and workers have undergone tremendous changes in their thinking, ideology and way of life. Therefore, the grass-roots units should always pay attention to the ideological trends and living conditions of their staff, constantly innovate their working methods and strengthen the ideological and political work of grassroots workers in line with the new trend of social development.
