欧盟的少数群体权利保护取得了历史性的进步。欧洲一体化的新成果《里斯本条约》将“保护人权,包括属于少数群体成员的权利”列为欧盟的基本价值。欧洲债务危机的爆发使欧盟各成员国的右翼势力与民粹主义交织,对欧洲一体化和多元文化主义带来了诸多负面影响。欧盟的少数群体权利保护受到双重的冲击。少数群体权利保护有其必要性,欧债危机后其进一步发展完善需要在多元文化主义与民族国家认同之间协调。
The protection of minority rights in the EU has made historic progress. New achievements in European integration The Treaty of Lisbon lists “the protection of human rights, including the rights of members belonging to minorities,” as the basic EU value. The outbreak of the debt crisis in Europe interlaced the right-wing forces of the EU member states with populism and brought a lot of negative impacts on European integration and multiculturalism. The protection of the rights of minorities in the EU has been double-hit. Minority rights protection has its necessity. After the debt crisis in Europe, its further development and perfection need to be coordinated between multiculturalism and nation-state identity.
