本文提出一种高温应力法测定微合金化钢中沉淀强化效应,并研究钛含量和冷却速度对中碳微合金化钢沉淀强化效应的影响。实验结果表明,高温应力法可以定性地测出单独或复合微合金化钢的沉淀强化效应,每种钢都有其最佳冷却速度,在中碳Mn-V微合金化钢中加入0.02%Ti将降低沉淀强化效应,加入0.11%Ti将明显提高沉淀强化效应,较高的氮含量(0.015%)将提高沉淀强化效应。
In this paper, a high temperature stress method for the determination of precipitation strengthening effect in microalloyed steels and the effect of titanium content and cooling rate on the precipitation strengthening effect of medium carbonized microalloyed steels were studied. The experimental results show that the high temperature stress method can qualitatively measure the precipitation hardening effect of single or composite microalloyed steel, and each steel has its optimum cooling rate. In medium carbon Mn-V microalloyed steel, 0.02% Ti Will reduce the precipitation strengthening effect, adding 0.11% Ti will significantly enhance the precipitation strengthening effect, higher nitrogen content (0.015%) will enhance the precipitation strengthening effect.
