运铁蛋白(Transerrln)是血浆中β_1球蛋白与铁结合的一种复合物,1分子的蛋白和两个Fe~(+++)结合,1mg 的蛋白最多可以结合1.3μg 的铁,正常血清含量为260mg/100ml。运铁蛋白在肝脏合成,主要生理功能是作为铁的载体将铁运至骨髓的幼红细胞,与膜受体结合,使铁进入幼红细胞作为合成血红蛋白的原料。笔者于1983年与1984年用单项免疫扩散法检测了72例流行性出血热病人,共87例次,低于正常者65例次,占74.7%,简报如下。
