分析了原料方案对乙烯装置的影响 ,提出原料方案优化的数学方法。将几种原料的裂解按此优化方法进行了示例计算。结果认为 ,在装置满负荷运转时 ,在原料方案中提高产气量小、裂解气中乙烯浓度高的原料比例有利于提高乙烯产量 ,实际生产中还应综合考虑原料的供应情况及裂解炉的原料灵活性 ,选择最佳方案以产生最大效益。原料方案不同 ,装置的“瓶颈”部位会发生变化。
The influence of raw material scheme on ethylene plant was analyzed, and the mathematical method for optimizing raw material scheme was put forward. The cracking of several raw materials was calculated according to this optimization method. The results show that when the device is operating at full capacity, increasing the gas production in the raw material scheme and increasing the proportion of raw materials with high ethylene concentration in pyrolysis gas are favorable for increasing the ethylene production.
