幼儿期正式人类各种合作素质形成的关键期。为了让幼儿体验成功与喜悦,获得合作的快乐,我们借助一些活动来达到这些目标。《幼儿园指导纲要》中指出:引导幼儿参加各种集体活动,体验与教师、同伴等共同生活的乐趣,帮助他们正确认识自己和他人,养成对他人、社会亲近、合作的态度,学习初步的人际交往技能,“幼儿应”乐意与人交往,学习互助、合作和分享“。
