工业生产中的毒物,主要指化学性物质,通常称为工业毒物。据估计,人类癌症约有90%与化学因素有关。近十年来,化学物质的致癌问题,越来越引起人们的广泛注意,到目前为止已对6,000多种化学物质做过致癌实验,发现其中1,100多种对动物有致癌作用。但目前国际癌症研究中心(IARC)认为对人有致癌作用的化学物质仅有30余种。化学物质致癌的机理是十分复杂的,有着多种的理论,但都不很成熟。有人认为,致癌物接触机体后,通过一系列化学、生物化学的反应,生成一种具有强亲电子的化学物质,通常又叫终末致癌物。它与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的碱基相互作用而导致DNA的损伤,从而改变了DNA的正常特性和功能。DNA是细胞的遗传物质,起着基因作用,一旦在结构或功能上发生了变化,这种恶性信息就会通过细胞分裂,遗传下去,结果使细胞具有了某种无控制性生
Poison in industrial production, mainly refers to chemical substances, commonly referred to as industrial poison. It is estimated that about 90% of human cancers are related to chemical factors. Over the past decade, the carcinogenicity of chemical substances has drawn more and more attention.
