本文所述的3分贝耦合器是“重耦合”(Re—Entrant)3分贝耦合器在微带情况下的一种推广形式。微带的结构特点使耦合器的分析更为简单,而物理概念更为明确。这种耦合器在L波段可以实现在50%以上的带宽内具有3±0.25分贝的耦合,电压驻波比≤1.2,隔离度≥25分贝;而在P波段则能在较窄的带宽(±9%)内达到更好的性能(3±0.1分贝的耦合)。
The 3-decibel coupler described here is an extension of the Re-Entrant 3-decibel coupler in the microstrip case. The microstrip’s structural features make the analysis of the coupler simpler and the physical concept clearer. This coupler achieves a coupling of 3 ± 0.25 dB over 50% of the bandwidth in L-band with a VSWR of ≤1.2 and an isolation of ≥25 dB, while in the P-band it can operate at a narrow bandwidth of ± 9%) to achieve better performance (3 ± 0.1 dB coupling).
