In 1994, all the staff and workers of the electric power service centering on the “ten pieces of basic work for safety rectification by the electric service department” elaborated the phased achievements and problems existing in the safety-based rectification work. The main objectives, contents and measures of 1995 - Safety Infrastructure Construction Year are described.
