该犁是在原五铧犁的基础上加装上改制后的多刀犁壁和旋齿两部分组合而成。使用该犁大田作业,可基本上一次性达到平细碎的播种状态,而且上下不架空,比合墒器阻力小,效果好。在正常情况下作业,每公顷可降低作业成本30元以上。组合式碎土犁的改装要点如下: (1)装上改制后的多刀犁壁,目的是切碎旋齿作业时漏掉的土块。 (2)在犁架上增加一套中间传动装置,起减速和传递动力的作用。动力由动力输出轴传递到带旋齿的碎土装置。
