民族区域自治制度是国家的一项基本政治制度。民族自治地方自治权是衡量民族区域自治程度的尺度,是民族区域自治制度的核心。本文阐述了民族自治地方自治权的法律保障的三个层次的内容:自治权的立法保障、执法保障和司法保障。
The system of ethnic regional autonomy is a basic political system of the country. The autonomy of ethnic autonomous areas is a measure of the degree of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities and the core of the system of ethnic regional autonomy. This article elaborates the three levels of legal protection of the autonomy of ethnic autonomous areas: the legislative guarantee, the enforcement of law and the judicial guarantee of autonomy.
